My teaching philosophy emphasizes creativity, inclusivity, and the ability to challenge conventional wisdom. The most pressing security questions of the 21st century—from war to climate change—are ultimately political questions. I hope students leave my class more passionate about politics, armed with stronger rhetorical and analytical skills to address these questions.
